I don't recall specifics, but there was one mentioned as an early occupant. There is still a food hall and something about an "urban business club", which I think is just a variation on co-working.

Any more developments on this, are they nearing completion?

Any updates on this building? I walked by it a few days ago and it looked totally devoid of any work going on.TheLastGentleman wrote: ↑Mon Aug 23, 2021 6:05 pmThe interior has not started. Requires about $3 million worth of steel alone and that’s just the frame

COVID Causality or just delayed?

People across the street say they're still working. I suspect they're focused on finishing out the basement garage so they can get tenants in there.

I hope they are able to do something. The renderings and idea they had for it were cool, and I like that it could have been a nice "hub" of the Crossroads of sorts, sitting on a prominent corner on 18th & Grand. Kind of the turnstile from West to East or vice versa for Crossroads.
But alas I fear the project is dead and will need someone new to develop it. Fingers crossed they try to do something similar if it goes to a new developer

TRIA Health is still committed as well. Dave had mentioned earlier that interior demolition costed twice what it was projected to cost.

Is the food hall, market place concept stuff gone

ok so the bank is going on the side they were planning sand volley courts and other outside/sport activities? I guess maybe there will be some room as you go East but I assume that will be parking now for the Bank and apartments, and such.
Not a huge loss but I think some interactive type of venues in the crossroad would do well. I know Up/Down does well as the arcade and I enjoy Tapcade that was close by to this development. I think a Chicken N Pickle type of setup, a smaller "urban footprint" one with yard games, courts etc. would do great down in the crossroads.

I honestly don’t know. I don’t think so but could be wrong. But if it is kudos to them as I feel the concept would do well
