Why has this project taken SO LONG!?!? Feels like they've been piddling with this building for a decade. Finish it up already.

It's weird that this is the same firm that is developing Pennway Point and that project is moving along much faster than this one that's been "in progress" for at least 6+ years.

Anchor tenants are usually >40%, that group is around 10% maybe less maybe more.

I talked to the owner of Brick River a while back. He said they looked at this space but they wanted them to sign a lease for way too much square footage. They passed and took over the Tapcade space which still seems large.

What about a 24-hour drugstore with a soda fountain/coffee shop/restaurant setup? It could replace the all-night Denny's on Broadway. And yes, it would have a pharmacy. I don't know why Walgreens doesn't bring this idea back.

Yes, they got their special use permit. I testified against it. Bike lane, boulevard, etc, etc. It was modified to basically be not visible from Grand.

I walked around the old Star building Wednesday and there was quite a bit of construction activity in and around the Star building. I seem to recall a nursing company that places temp nurses around the US had leased space in the finished building. Is that still in the works?
