This proposal looks nice. With all the modern new houses nearby I like to see this contrast. It's right by Belger Crane Yard Studios. Good location!

The brick Olde Towne style looks nice with the old brick building, but why not rear alley garage access? Both the other phases of the Beacon Hill build out have it!
Some day this little pocket will have a greatly expanded population when Tension Envelopes becomes lofts(not inferring that will be anytime soon).

What kind of bonds are these? Are there city obligations to repay? A city guarantee? Where does the $3.3 come from?

This site plan is way too suburban. The back of the south townhouses face 22nd with no pedestrian connection and landscaping in the way.

22nd is not an easy street to have good frontage on in this exact spot. There is a big grade change here.
