The renderings, to be fair, didn’t at all do justice to the amount of contrast this glass would have to the existing.

Must be Xmas tree. Topping out tree usually when highest structural member placed. Elevator shaft now not even as high as 2 light.

Columns for the last occupied floor are up. Only further height will be the peak on the west end to be equivalent of 2 stories.

Thanks for the photo update — this building is really starting to take shape. While I absolutely hate the insane amount of parking, I’m excited to see this thing go live.

Are those garages open to the public if there is an event downtown? I always park at 1KCP since that is where my office is. Just curious.
