This whole structure is looking massive from the ground floor view. Gonna be a huge looking infill when it’s all said and done

I could be wrong here but it looks like 3L is gonna come out far enough to make the Truman Rd adjacent to it a permanent single lane?

Should return back to a normal 2 lane one way.

Of all the chiefs plays they could have shown, why at :20 did they show Mahomes getting sacked??

In all seriousness, this looks really nice. Can't wait to see the finished project!

I like the murals on the north sides of the buildings. I guess they are redoing the same mural that was there before?

Haven't heard if this is the plan for 3L like it was for Two.

Wonderful indoor views outward but lets hope Four Light external design is completely different and not contributing to the Monotonous Cordish Glass Wall.

I'm just basing it off the video, it shows the mural on the north side.

I still don’t get why everyone hates glass so much. I’m just worried about whether we’re getting ground floor retail facing the 670 deck

It's not that it's glass, it's the lazy cut/copy/paste of pretty much same design using pretty much same glass. Respect lazy repetitive design? Sometimes repetition works like rowhouses properly pulled off as a sense of place but not in this case, where it could end up looking like communist bloc housing, especially when the newness wears off over decades. There's some variation but giving each building a completely unique identity avoids the possibility of mundane bloc housing. Can still target pretty much same interiors if it works but there's opportunity to mix that up as well - and it's easier to refresh interiors than exteriors over decades.
