Are people actually complaining about this in here?

I don't think so but its safe to assume most is cannibalizing 1 and 2 Light

I'd be curious to know if the leasing is going better or worse for 3L than they expected

My opinion is that it seems pretty solid considering where construction is at. As more and more of the building is completed, I expect leasing to go faster and open at around 80-90% leased.

Hopefully most of these are coming from outside the RCP corridor. Is otherwise sideways moves in terms of RCP occupancy/demand.

Right now they’re leasing off of nothing but renderings. Leasing picks up substantially once they can start showing the property, even in major construction phases. I remember looking at my unit in One Light when it was just metal studs. Think I signed the deal that day.

Is three going to be less wide(east to west axis) than two? Is this so that sun can hit the pool in the afternoon?

Been thinking, wouldn't 14th & Main be an ideal space for a Target on the ground floor here for 4 Light?

Look at those balconies...I guess that means they are highly confident that the highway cap park project is proceeding. Isn't that why the balconies on 2L don't appear until halfway up the building (due to highway noise?).

Good eye! Lower floors on 2L have the Juliet style balconies or as I call them, doors to nowhere. There are also one or two huge patios on the south 9th floor that belong to two different apartments. I do remember something about the highway and some noise regulations preventing lower walk out balconies.

Does anyone know what the ground floor layout will be (ie: is it retail on Main and Walnut with apt entrance mid-block and garage entrance on Walnut)?

Smaller retail on Main, large retail, likely nicer end restaurant on Walnut with Garage entrance and main lobby entrance on Truman.

Me too. Hate the cluster it causes on grand on T-Mobile event nights
