Don’t know what happened, but local journalists monitor this forum and I know a couple times they reached out to cordish for comment/confirmation and they weren’t entirely pleased.

Or maybe he just got sick of the grind. Supporting cordish 24/7 is a rough job (kidding, he’s a good guy and I hope he makes his way back)

I would think with the deck happening over 670 that will cause the remaining proposed developments that directly face the park (both sides) to be built relatively quickly.

I’d agree if the land wasn’t all owned by cordish. They have a very clear business model. They build a tower, wait for it to hit their occupancy goal, move forward on the next.

Cordish leaking that they’re about to start the next tower early has happened for everything they do, but they never do it.
