New Construction S Liberty Pkwy/N Flintlock Rd

Does anyone know what is going in at the South Liberty Parkway/N Flintlock Rd intersection? Broke ground a few weeks ago and lots of work being done, land continues to be cleared. Looks like a somewhat large development...?

Storm sewer storage tanks I think
That land is part of a long planned retail development. Would have an entrance off 69 too

Interesting. I'd read previous plans for "Whitehall Station" development, but that was from years ago - didn't know if that was still accurate. Are they just putting in the sewer storage tanks now, or is the actual retail development beginning?

I'm guessing this is just prep work. I haven't heard anything being built along the corridor.

I don't know for sure, but I know the master plan for that area was to connect 69 Highway directly to Flintlock, and remove the 'deadend' at the Pleasant Valley road/I-35 interchange.

At today''s Meeting a rezoning was up to change from Residential to Commercial.
