Anyone know what is going in behind Cheddar's on 152?

Another Spa type place.

I had heard a Twin Peaks in the small strip behind Cheddars but haven't been able to confirm.

Wow--right there where Sprouts is? That seems odd. At least to me.

That's the Best Buy shopping center. Probably in the former Office Max space. The merger reduced their need to two office stores that close together.

So that puts on 152 hwy from 291 to 435 a HyVee, Walmart, Target, Fresh Market and Sprouts selling groceries.

Oooooh. I didn't realize that was called Shoppes at Shoal creek--since Shoal Creek is down where Sprouts is. That's great since that is closer to me and easier to get to.
