Looks like there is movement on this project. Was killing time at work over lunch and saw there was movement on Parcel Viewer / Compass for this site. It looks like proper construction plans are filled and under review.

Final Plan in Compass says "Five (5) story apartment building consisting of approximately 245 units above a 1-level w/ basement parking garage consisting of, 246 stalls. The Podium level consists of an open courtyard with amenities and pool."

Council-approved plan had 231 parking stalls, concerning where/if they squeezed another 15 in.

This still seems on track. Signs went up recently around the parking lot saying it will be permanently closed on the 18th of December.

Walked by again, Signs saying the parking lot is permanently closed are gone and fencing hasn't gone up yet. So maybe not quite on track as suspected.
