that development map is a joke. that development has been 90% empty for a decade and there's too many empty retail lots available nearby for it to fill at the rates any place will want
the next intersection over at N Madison is still stuck in phase 1 and has trouble filling all those spots
Metro North Square is sad, the theatre space has been empty for 15-20 years easy
Metro North Mall still needs redeveloping
the other direction the development at Green Hills and Barry is roughly half empty
it's going to take Second Creek getting to the halfway mark before they need that much retail
the next intersection over at N Madison is still stuck in phase 1 and has trouble filling all those spots
