The migration preferences of the US continue to surprise me. Phoenix and Vegas are in serious trouble on 50 to 100 year timeline. Huge swaths of Florida. Certainly parts of Texas and Georgia will suffer increasingly uncomfortable summers. Because of my age and the fact that I want to raise my kids with a sense of home and belonging to a place that won't have to be later abandoned... I can't imagine trying to build a life in a place like Phoenix. It really seems like a "don't look up" situation down in the SW.

Personally, I'm curious to see what Miami and Los Angeles become in the future.
