New urbanism development question? (Maple Woods area)

Anybody know about the "new urbanism" development going in near Maple Woods College? I hear it's pretty big.
Northland seems to be a leader in the metro on this type of development, I would also be currious to know how Shoal Creek Valley is going. Guess I will have to drive up and check it out.
