Went to the Comets game Friday night, sad sad sad.

Took the fam to the game. It was family night and there were barely 3000 people there on a Friday night. I have this feeling that the Comets will be gone before long.

Trully sad and we don't even have a hockey team.

The game was ok, but it made be really itch for a hockey game. Kemper just sucks period.

I really hope we get that arena and some new winter sports Downtown for those of us who don't care for casinos.

Sorry, but indoor soccer stinks. It's an embarassment to the game of soccer. I love soccer, but rarely ever attend an indoor game. Go Kansas City Wizards...true futbol!!! The Comets can attract 3,000 a game for all I care, at least the Wizards attracted 16,500 a game!
The Pendergast Poltergeist Project!

I finally divorced beer and proposed to whiskey, but I occassionally cheat with fine wine.

I agree, I think Rockurst would have blown the Comets away, but still there are usaully enough people looking for something to do on a cold friday night to at least make the place seem busy.

I hope the Wizards crowds continue and I wish someone would built a soccer stadium for them (Lamar Hunt...).

i like indoor and outdoor soccer. both are played their own unique way.

both are excellent workouts should you decide to join a local league.

Aye, I played for a local indoor league in Lenexa for several months...couldn't keep the team together after the first season.

Well I was thinking, and why not put a new arena on the land by the riverfront that KCMO wants to develop? Is this amount of land big enough for an arena? It seems to have an excellent location, so near to the casino and all...lol

Anyway, before Kansas City builds a new arena, WE NEED BASKETBALL!!!!!!!!!

If I had the money, I would buy the shittiest team in the country and move it here. I mean come on.

Memphis metro 1,135,614 team Grizzlies
Salt Lake City metro 1,333,914 team Jazz
New Orleans metro 1,337,726 team Hornets
Charlotte metro 1,499,293 Bobcats
Milwaukee metro 1,500,000 team Bucks
San Antonio metro 1,592,383 Spurs
Indianapolis metro 1,607,486 team Pacers
Sacremento metro 1,628,197 Kings(our old team)
Orlando metro 1,644,561 team Magic

Kansas City metro 1,800,000 team NONE!!!!!!!!!!

It is a shame. Tell whoever to move their team here, or start a whole new team, but no new stadium until then.
New Body, New Job, New SOUL!!!!

KCK IS BACK!!!!
