And the hoops dramas continue....
Thank you UMKC, maybe some MU fans will cross over and go to some games since MU is sucking big ones.

I was there.....UMKC was the better team by far....Watson is a player but a huge embarrassment for my boys.
I'll probably hit a few more roos games...they were exciting tonight.

How many UMKC fans were there? Just curious, I knew a lot of K-State fans would come. I was going to go, but chickend out. Didn't want to watch UMKC loose in front of a K-State crowd. Now I'm pissed I didn't go.

Looked like a good crowd on TV- but it seemed like they only showed UMKC fans.
That was horrible! What do you think, KC? Is Wooly as bad as Asbury? At least he is recruiting outside of Junction City. It seems like K-State and MU have opposite problems- K-State players are tied to that damn offense and aren't allowed to use their talent and MU players are too talented and don't play like a team. I wish we just said "We are K-State" and took it to them!

Wooly can recruit....I'm willing to let this top rated recruiting class get to juniors before we cut ties....just remember how fast we pulled the string on Altman.

i still love MU......PISSED....but am still passionate about the TigersGRID wrote:...maybe some MU fans will cross over and go to some games since MU is sucking big ones.
no amount of embarrassing losses is going to change that
the last thing i'll do is lessen my attention given to MU and increase my attention to UMKC just because one team is winning more than the other
that would be CLASSIC bandwagoning....a "sin" in my book
i'll NEVER be guilty of bandwagoning

i wasn't a fan of any team between 1988 and 1994, even though olathe became home during/after college.....was holding out for a team to relocate to stl (or for an expansion team) to call my own.KC wrote:Dan...are you a rams fan know instead of a football cardinals fan?
then the Rams moved to my hometown in 1995. i instantly became a fan of the second losingest team of the 90's.
i was rewarded for my 11 years of patience and not jumping the chiefs or bears bandwagon.

Then KState looses to StL and UMKC looses to Oral Roberts.
I can't figure it out.
