Could be wrong but am going with something like this for CC area, Barney Allis or on cap though riverfront might be better. Heard rumblings a while back outside rag...

Johnny Kaw's bleeds into the CBD. It's renamed the Kaw Business District. All restaurants and bars are now Kaw bars.

Acres is not that big.

One block of the east village site is 2 to 2.5 acres each.


There's 16.5 acres in Columbus Park flanking 3rd St
The parking lot north of Washington Square Park is 4 acres
The Children's Mercy parking lot along 20th is 9 acres
