They've been at 84th & Dodge for years. I worked there in the 80's.

I imagine they'll be able to put considerable attention towards all aspects... this is one of the top 5 architectural firms in the nation after all.I would hope they would put their money into things like making it energy efficient and great workspaces before into the design on the outside.
