The "GLOW" Function is not working correctly...

Is it just me...its showing up as a red box with black text...not the "Glow" effect as it used to be known.

Ok, turns out its perfectly fine...the problem is caused by the new Internet Explorer 8. For some dumb reason you must view this site in "Compatibility View" or else it will effect a few things.

It's a dumb "feature" that is thankfully being phased out by modern web browsers.
