Found this on the STL site, thought it was interesting, KC and STL are both listed.
This is the link to the official infrastructue requests made by the mayors of US cities. From what I understand as soon as Obama takes office in 5 weeks is when the approval process starts taking place. Hopefully Missouri gets it's fare share.
It is a very large file-Missouri cities begin on page 253.
