Went to buy my gift certificates this morning on kansascitymenus.com and one of the offerings was for a place called Zest - opening in November 2008.  When I Googled it, all I found were job postings saying that it was a new 200 seat restaurant in an upscale suburb.  Anyone hear of this place?  Is it possibly what is going in the old 40 Sardines location?

I believe it's going into Mission Farms.  108th (?) & Mission Road.  Heard that Joe D. is opening it.
