this is just a hunch, but they are replacing the sidewalk and parking meters in front of the KCDC building south of 10th on baltimore. could this be the location of our new centralized parking meter system? anyone?

This stretch of Baltimore is to be part of the pilot program for the new meters, but I wouldn't think they'd need to tear that much sidewalk up to install them.
