Making sure a project is financially sound is probably a bank requirement.

I think it’s more about banks not being willing to do spec here and this specific group being incredibly risk adverse.

I’m not going to throw anyone under the bus here but everyone knows who I’m talking about.

I supported them taking this project over, but if they aren’t willing to finance it, get off the pot.

CC has a tenant so will probably be the one built.

which one is CC?

Color me concerned, as Strata looked like a very unique building and development that would be a nice add. Also the office building proposed for the corner of 14th & Wyandotte to the immediate North of the Crown Plaza (its a parking lot/parking structure currently), I liked the design that was shown for that building as well.

Hoping we can get some nicer looking building not just generic Lego sets

I believe it is this one at 2700 Grand. Discussed for a couple of years now.

Copaken needs to give up their rights and let Cordish have them. There would be an office building under construction in this location within 3 years.

Does Copaken control the cc one as well???

If so, Copaken controls the 3 major office tower sites currently approved. That seems not conducive to development

To answer my own question now that i found the correct thread- Collison reported a Q2 2022 construction start date for this. I havent heard this move forward in any way, so i doubt that timeline is still correct

I think Copaken is Strata and 13 Grand. They have proposals on main and one by the PAC but I don’t think anything is approved for then
