Demo'ing Warehouse at the bottom of 12 St Bridge?

Hope I didn't miss this somewhere.  Drove home from Lawrence tonight and took the scenic route through the West Bottoms and up the 12th St. Bridge.  Right at the foot of it, across from the gas station is a huge newer-ish (compared to surrounding buildings) warehouse.  It is surrounded by rent-a-fence and has some big barriers advertising Midland Demolition or something.  Anyone know anything?

North side of the street.  It's across the street from the Phillips 66 and the Wendy's.

I've been wondering myself what was going on there.

Are you referring to the building across from Good JuJu?

Yeppers.  Do you know?  Get over there and ask JuJu herself!

I might email them. They won't be open until the first weekend of March. I think there might be a sign on the door parallel to Good's building.
