I don’t think it changes much since 31st and Main is Price Management, a separate company but same family members. Was formed from a family feud of sorts.

I was browsing the KC Star's archive and discovered that the KC Board of Trade was at one time a possible tenant for TenMain Center. At the time, the Board of Trade was at 10th and Wyandotte. The developer lost Board of Trade as a future tenant due to an injunction filed by James Kemper Sr. over some parking issue. Board of Trade ended up going to the Plaza.
