I was eating at Jimmy John's today for lunch and looking out North at this garage and wandering if anybody knew its future status.  It looks to be in pretty bad shape with concrete broken off exposing the re-bar underneath.  I can't image anybody would park in that garage because inside you can also see exposed re-bar on the ceilings of each floor.  Nothing like finding a huge chunk of concrete on top of your car as you leave work. 

we've discussed it in several threads and can confirm it will be demolished, so it's just a matter of when.
