So I started to mix in a new cardio/flexibility regimine into my weight lifting and yoga program today... belly dancing.  Absolutely fantastic.  However, the bangles and thigh cymbals nearly woke the kids at 5 AM.

Shimmy fellas...your gf/bf/whatever will appreciate the results!
