Grand Avenue Temple Building on the SE corner of 9th and Grand

Does anyone know what is happening with the Grand  Avenue Temple office building on the SE corner of 9th and Grand?  That demolition tube seems to have been there a long time, but little activity appears to be going on.  Does that building have any tenants in it presently?
There is no fifth destination.
