Used Bookstore Opens at 39th/Broadway Across from Walgreens

It appears that a used bookstore has opened near 39th and Broadway across the street from Walgreen's.

I saw 'em loading books in there about a week ago...I need to go check them out. The neighborhood could really use a decent bookstore.

The sign saws Seldom Seen Books - I wonder if it's a reference to Harry Bellefonte's character in the movie Kansas City, or just a rare book store.

Mrs. Dawg went in there this afternoon - today's actually the 1st day it's been officially open.

Just a regular ol' used bookstore...I guess the guy that's running it mainly took the space because he neede extra office space. The store's just kind of a bonus.

The neighborhood has really missed having a used book store since the one just north of the Osco parking lot on Westport went under a few years back. I hope this guy can make a go of it.
