I did see a nice rendering of the stadium across the street and to the east of T-Mobile Center. That would make for 4 total sites I'm aware of, 14 is insane.

these kinds of questions are my pet peeve.
Why? Walkability is the foundation of good urbanism, and being able to connect the stadium to the rest of downtown is cut off by a government district. I wanna know how that's going to be addressed. I just don't understand how that's a bad question. It's a very glaring flaw, from the urbanist perspective.

I don't think it is saying a riverfront stadium. That section of the video says: "Proposed Berkley Trail. Ballpark to Riverfront" above a map of a trail leading to the riverfront. It is just saying there is a under consideration a trail from the stadium, wherever that is, to the riverfront.

Knowing how expensive renderings are, the fact the public renderings are indeed East Village makes it hard to deny it's not still the #1 option. Or was at some point.
Pretty impressive. It really looks like Sherman is trying to do something pretty amazing. Good to see they are looking at 34k seat stadium in the 1 billion dollar range which should not be a "cheap" minor league sized stadium.
14 locations though. Wow. I would bet 12 of them would be nearly impossible to build on requiring too much demo etc. I do wonder if this means that they are looking much further from the loop at some of the locations. Maybe Crown Center area etc.
10k additional parking spaces is a LOT. That's like half of the size of the TSC which I think is only about 20k. Why would they need to build that much additional parking? I can see a large 2000 space garage etc. But 10-11k? The stadium would only need like 5-7 thousand parking spaces total for an average crowd.
This shows more than the previous release of this image. Assuming this is East Village, the east loop is gone, interestingly. I'm not holding my breath for removal, but maybe a tunnel is in the works?
I noticed in the video on the drawings page that indicates 11th and Cherry that the building on the corner was labeled ‘esports’ and an underground sports book was also indicated.
