Can never have enough Tom Petty shows. He is truly timeless. Never had a great solid album in the vain of Bob Dylan or Springsteen but he has an insane amount of awesome singles and B sides.

i don't know man. I really enjoy Tom Petty and have seen him twice, but i just can't imagine seeing him at an indoor venue. Him, Dave Matthews, Phish, there are certain bands that are just meant to be seen outside, sitting on a blanket.
And I don't think they let you smoke inside the Sprint Center...

well, i guess they don't "let" you smoke certain things anywhere...but being outside at a place like Sandstone sure makes it easier...

Why would you go see these people live in a stadium? Is ranting and raving like a rabid lunatic really all that much more impressive live, in-person as opposed to on TV or the radio? Make 'em play some instruments or something - maybe Laura Ingraham can channel her inner Grace Slick. That might be worth $125.
