The Biz Journal illustrated how much was going on around Crown Center in their story about the Firestone Building...

--Shook Hardy & Bacon HQ at 2555 Grand
--IRS Service Center on Pershing
--Fed Reserve at 30th and Main
--Western Auto condos
--Possible Firestone condos

IT work that mostly deals with Unix/Linux use/administration. I know that for such work, right now, the operative phrase is, "get in line," but I find that jobs are much easiler to find if you know someone close to them.

That area would be a perfect commute for me, and no Kansas taxes!

Can somebody put the CC diagram back up here? Also, does anyone have the timeline as far as when those buildings may go up? I can;t find anything about it on their webpage. It ust occured to me that the addition of those buildings, with the Fed in the background, may make CC as impressive a skyline as what we have in downtown Phoenix. :D

I don't think there is a time line for the other buildings in the complex. The Master plan just shows the buildings, as they were first identified. They'll be built as demand warrants. I do think that the second residential tower, the twin to SF tower, could be built now. The demand is certianly there.
