I am sure that project will be just fine but those renderings on the inside with the surfaces and the black silhouettes that were supposed to be people were really dystopian and depressing looking.

They’re tiny kind of like the Hostess in a bag but don’t taste that good.

Donutology will be a fun add to the area. Though they are more a fun dessert place first donut shop second. I like their mini donut creations. I agree a good donut shop is needed downtown. Lamar’s or local Lamar’s spin-off. Surely there could be some pastry chef that wants to start a fun/funky/trendy type donut shop RiverMarket/downtown/crossroads area
