I wonder if this is that small building between the Hyatt and Truman Hospital.  I think it has a big antennae on top...the size matches.

More info in the back of the Pitch this week.  This is an old telephone switching station in the Northeast.  It's located at Peery and Bellfontaine.  5 units in a 3 story building.  Prices about $150/ft.

Future plans call for similar looking buildings to be built next to this one.
