They started hanging office floor glass today.

This next pic is from a week or two ago. There was a tree placed on top showing that the building is topped out

I've heard some rumours that Blue Cross is looking to be a tenant in this building.

Well, that’d allow for razing their building and build SportingKC a stadium is Washington Square Park like someone suggested a couple weeks ago.

Parking garage glass looks better than I thought it would. Still wonder how the big blank portions will look on the east side. Not a fan of the north side so far. Garage facade might be overpowering there.

Even if it's not Blue Cross, I've heard through the wire that the building will not be vacant when it opens. Wasn't told who the tenant could be though.

Would that open up opportunities for the existing Blue Cross building? I.e., Does this help the future of Washington Park?

It seems like from the south, this building will ultimately look like One and Two Light. Is that accurate? Same color/type of glass facing the south.

These types of posts are the real reason I come to this forum.

Doesn't look very happy to me.

Quite the glass wall. Hopefully 4 Light will be at least 10-15 floors higher and a different design. Still, the W&R building is turning out better than I thought it would even though it's like 60% parking structure. I think the question will be can they pull off the blank panels on the east side etc? That will be the deciding factor.

i was pretty shocked at how prominent this build is from 71.

Is it topped out now? That uppermost floor is quite a bit smaller than the others below it.
