WR is not going to get out of the lease. Looks like this will building will open with a tenant.

Didnt WR agree to a rent amount that is double the avg rate DT? If WR doesnt occupy at that rate, i wonder how that would affect the buildings financing and if the city is really on the hook.

..and "occupying tenant" or as a "paying tenant"?

I ask as the interior finish work would either be completed or omitted, depending on the answer.

Building height, Unscientific answer but good little figure of merit: Four mast segments above the roof of the building is an estimate of the overall height (5m per segment, I understand, is the standard for road transport).

Someone in the construction industry might laugh at that "height" comment. ..Or might actually explain why it seems to be the case.

There are others who want the space. It’s not going to go empty as far as I have been told.

The north side parking levels cladding is hulking and oppressive. Like a high rise warehouse.

Thought about this building just yesterday and how hard the DNA fought to get better ground level interaction and how they now may end up helping their ability to get this leased now.

The west side of the garage looks like it will have a lot of metal. The fins on the north side look a lot better than the renderings IMHO.

I like the glass parking garage look. Hopefully, Cordish picks up on it for their future projects.

That doesn't look all that bad. I-670 is definitely going to feel like a glass canyon with Two and Three Light, the (not) Waddell Reed building and the Loews hotel.

All WR signage removed. Building renderings and project team signs remain.

I like how this looks from the vantage of being in the background of the KCPA. The floors are clearly articulated(much more than Loew's) which gives a sense of scale how large Kauffman really is.
