Predictions on the season? I say 78-84, but that's good enough for second place (15 games behind Detroit!)

I don't see the Royals winning more than 70 games. The closing pitching as me worried.

Really? Between Broxton and Holland I imagine closing will be covered. It's innings 1-5 that will be the issue.

But we didn't even get to see Broxton. Holland would have pitched regardless I imagine, as a bridge to Soria if need be. Royals offense got Weavered tonight.

This series is the high water mark for Rex and the level of insight he provides. Once we leave Anaheim, he won't know anything about either team on the field, and it will be all-schtick, all the time. Going to be a long season.
