Interesting. Where? I don't see it on the website: https://www.cityclubapartments.com/usa/ ... ommercial/

They also say DGX is "opening soon" and the wine bar is "summer 2020".
The spaces are being offered via a commercial broker. I don’t think you will be able to purchase your own personal space.

I imagine one of the nearby businesses will buy some or all of them.

I doubt a lot of business openings will open. They will be put on hold, or canceled. The economic ramifications right now are unknowable.

I will eat my shoe if a wine bar opens up there this summer.

the leathery notes of the shoe would probably pair well with a nice full-bodied red.

I'm a big fan of the variety of storefronts along Main.

I like that look along Main Street. Hopefully the rest of the scaffolding comes down soon. Doesn't look like there's much there left to do.

I really like this project, albeit a little less than I did a few months ago. The color scheme is horrendous IMO. I'm excited to see this really come together in the next few months.

The aluminum looking window trim looks cheap. Black or green trim likely would've looked better.

I don't mind the color. You see buildings in a variety of colors in many countries in Europe -- both old and modern.

Without the siding it's impossible to say if the color works
