maybe this was already discussed, but what's with the M&I bank sign that appeared on the south facade? will that innovative surface lot feature serve a new bank lobby?

The bank opened a few days ago with the current entrance through the WST lobby.  They are going to have a surface lot and I think that when it is finished, the main entrance will be through the south side.  They had also thrown around the idea of a drive-thru but I haven't heard if that is going to happen or not.

Should be open for the summer.  It looks mostly done now.

I suspect the deeper trough at the back is intended for actual lap swimming while the main area is for wading/bathing.

2 feet??  Its 4 feet at the far side and actually deeper when you wade over to where the hot tubs are at.

Correct, the back part is a lap pool at it is listed at 4 ft deep.  There will be a spillover into the wading pool that is 1.5 ft deep.  There are supposed to be two hot tubs but obviously not in yet.  The two square boxes between the pools are planters for trees.  There are also supposed to be 1-2 cabanas to get a break from the sun, several bbq grills and chase lounges.  We'll see.

I didn't know that Wallstreet was a midget community.  It's 1.5 feet at the deepest end and gets more shallow from there.  If you can't swim watch out for that deep end!  I still think it's a slip n' slide.
