This case was in front of the Historic Preservation Commission today. The design has been redone to appease the Commission's concerns from a meeting in October. The biggest change is the elimination of the giant L-shaped staircases. The entrance will now be a half story lower and the stairs will be a simple straight run that takes up a lot less of the yard. The buildings were also pushed back from the street a little more to increase the yard space. The new design is much better!

This should be a great development.

I know there is discussion about this somewhere but cannot find it. The rowhouses/townhouses on this site are finally starting construction and are using Westminster in the name of the development.

Sales will be a good test of neighborhood desirability for the new street car era. There are quite a few plots in the Main corridor that are vacant and could fit something like this.
