that building looks AWESOME. instantly my favorite new res tower in the whole metro.
what's awesome is that i clicked on the rendering from the Shoutbox, saw the two towers in there, but thought that the pic was supposed to be of the Tiffany's construction. heheheheh. i didn't notice that CGI-rendered tower. i just absorbed it as a natural part of the landscape. heheh

This is the scaled back plan...good thing all the anti's made a big stink, it turned into a better project! Two units per floor, infinity edge pool on the roof!!! HOT!

The sales office should be opening any day now. It will be in the Reece & Nichols office on the Plaza. Looking forward to getting all of the details. I know a rooftop pool is potentially on the list. There is already strong commitment that could fill close to half of the building. This one could go quick.

And an infinity pool on the roof..this is probably the hottest residential property being developed in KC.

I think they'll start out about $300/ sq. ft. Add in all of the homeowner's dues to support all of the great amenities, plus no tax abatement, and you're looking at a pretty hefty monthly payment.KCPowercat wrote:these are going to be pretty high dollar right? Kirkwood prices?

I heard they already have a sales commitment on the top floor penthouse...I don't know the price, but I'm sure its $$$$$!!!

I counted 13 floors if you count the uppermost penthouse...

Damn, with all the new up & coming construction, it's a great time to be in KC!
That was one thing my Dallas visitors noticed...all the cranes and construction. They said it makes KC look like a progressive and growing city.

Hmmm.. not crazy about clear green glass. Those are my least favorite buildings - cheap looking. Maybe if dark blue.

that'll be the first building in our skyline to use that color, other than the Town Pavilion. All of the others use pewter or blue...

I think glass color should be similar to KC Star plant...?

yea, but I personally like that glass color. We need new colors in our skyline (glass wise)...
