Sprint service downtown

I work at on the East edge of downtown, live in Columbus Park. I constantly get lectures from my boss about not answering my cell phone. He never believes my "it never rang" excuse. I usually get the voicemails about 5 minutes later. I estimate missing 3 out of 4 calls because my phone doesn't ring. Brand new phone too. I kept complaining about the old one. The phone says signal strength is full.

Yeah...all cell companies have issues....and people bitch about them.

That's why I was asking about this specific situation....

Everyone that has these issues should call in a ticket to *2...they won't do anything until they know it's an issues....just the # of people that have responded here could make a difference.  Tell them exactly, full signal, calls roll directly to voicemail...my guess it's a capacity issue.
