^ I suppose. We hire lawyers for a reason. I would think it wouldn't be in B&Ms best interest to sue if they lose. If they ever want other deals with the city on future projects, best not to poison the pot. Knowing politicians, they'll cop out and try to give the losing bidder something to appease them. B&M gets Broadway Bridge and/or some other projects. Hopefully, the council shows some leadership and just awards to the best plan and price. Not sure we have strong leadership though.

FYI I ovearhead at the end of the press conference that the Edgemoor proposal didn't have renderings. Think I heard that they had SOM (Skidmore, Owings, Merrill) as part of their team.

AECOM had the best rendering, B&M had the most detail and had clearly thought through everything, I would really like to see their plan because it sounds to me like we just chose the lowest bidder without knowing what they planned to create.
