Despite the altered plans that have been known about, I still like this project. It's a decent height and size for the Crossroads. It's tall enough to be seen but not too tall to where it overpowers everything. I expect leasing to go well here.

agreed still looks good and that height of buildings works well. Gives you a nice mix of eye levels. Looking forward to a couple more projects of that stature

Decent size when viewed from that angle. The steps don't stand out as much from this view but maybe it's because the facade isn't finished.

When the fascade is finished it's going to look completely different. The shadows the deep overhangs will form combined with the changing reflections glass buildings have will make for an interesting look.

Will KCMO be getting its street parking back since Burns abandoned the landscaping/parklet plans?

Amazing bar is planned for top floor. Decor and views will be unmatched.

The view beats Johns Big Deck but the atmosphere I suspect will be too upscale.

Will the bar be open to the public? May be a dumb question but I don't remember an apartment building anywhere having a rooftop bar/deck open to the public. View will be nice though.

Easy. Just allow public access to an elevator that only goes to the top floor. It’s done in some hotels, where key card access is required for all floors that are just for guests.
