Given the scale, I'm going to say yes.

Please pardon the low photo quality. I can’t seem to get the photos to upload without extreme compression.

I'll bet all the developers who have already bought steel are pissed that Trumpy is NOW cutting the steel and aluminum tariffs with Mexico and Canada.

The underground garage should start taking shape pretty quickly, assuming it doesn't rain all week.

Overview
Image

View from inside the Midwest Hotel.

Image

Metal decking is slowly being installed. Concrete will eventually be poured over the decking - forming the floors.
Image

Image

Some of the old windows/doors on the Midwest have been bricked off.
Image

Yet another photo of the steel structure. Notice the gap between the new building and the neighbors. If only, we could build "touching" structures again.

Thanks for all the pics. They're like rain on parched earth. Or a feast for the starving.

Last night was the first time I noticed in the renderings that the restaurant space on 20th and main will have a 2nd floor roof deck. Fingers crossed that's public not an apartment amenity.

Glad to see the project progressing. Could they move any slower though?
