Sporting/ Fan 360 want to put one up next to their current building ( iirc. renderings exist privately). Something much bigger by an outside developer was at one time in the works for a lot near theirs.

If they can build more like this as quick as this project I would be very happy!

Spent the afternoon driving around DTKC and am so excited about what’s happening here. It might be tough to see progress on a daily/weekly, but as an ex-KC resident (and property owner downtown), it’s pretty clear to see how much has changed. A few observations:
- There is a noticeable amount of foot traffic downtown now that simply didn’t exist 5-10 years ago.
- Retail is growing. While I’d like to see a lot more (grocery, bodega, target, etc.), there are gyms (one light, F45, Orange Theory, etc) that weren’t there 5-10 years ago.
- More businesses needed. It’s clear we need more companies to locate jobs downtown.
- KC Star, Loews, and City Club will be game changers for DTKC.
Apologies this is on Reverb, which is a big staple for the city as well!

This is probably easily my favorite new building. I always dreamed of seeing downtown visually extended with highrises all the way to crown center

As the facade goes on, this one looks better. Still a ways to go, but it's starting to look good.

You would like New York City

I do like New York City. I live in Hong Kong currently, so I’m quite used to the massively built up environment.

Does anyone know if architectural lighting or signage will be included in this project? I would hate for this to be an empty black box at night against our otherwise bright skyline.

It’s a 14 floor building with a double height top floor. It looks to me like they are pouring the 11th floor now.
