It's a little hard to tell who is being facetious here, but the above rendering is not real.
It looks like real news is that Westport Terrace development is back, and on the CPC docket for September 7th.

I guess I better make the story juicier then. This tower is going to be called "One Kaw". "Two Kaw" will go across the street where Kelly's is now after they bulldoze it. Kelly's will resurface though with a new ground floor space in the tower, but it will be renamed, Johnny and Kelly's.

Word on the street is that Kelly’s will become overflow parking for residents of One Kaw after neighborhood street parking is filled up. Potential site for Two Kaw is the current location of the Harris Kearney House.
