What does that mean?
5th Agreement:
- General updates and getting ready for new terminal
- Non-signatory carrier is signing on (JetBlue?)

1st Agreement:
- Extends existing rates&charges until 4/30/23
- Baggage system fee edits
- Facility Fee edits
Gotcha, TY!

What does "Non-signatory carrier is signing on" mean and why would it concern JetBlue? Could it mean a whole new airline is coming instead?

The airlines signed the new agreement back in 2019 and JetBlue announced service in 2021.

The three discount carriers all declined to sign term sheets back then so it's unlikely to be them. That makes JetBlue the most logical.

Yes. Other airports I follow updated their ULA after the airline announced service, some months later.

It is either Spirit or JetBlue.

Is this something you saw publicly or through the grapevine?

There's a media tour going on today. I heard it from someone that was involved, but I don't think it's private information.

Can confirm it's almost certain the new terminal opens early -- likely Jan/Feb as of now. Leading up to that there will be three separate grand opening events targeting specific audiences.

I’d say… late February is a gamble but early to mid-March is a lock 🔒
From the user that was linked. Sounds exactly as advertised. I think the status report all have the 1st or 2nd week of March.

Dumb from the new terminal PR side, but GD the old terminal is just a shit hole now. Can't wait to never fly out of their again.

March 3 is the official opening date as of now so not sure where this "mid-march" is coming from if the media reports today of opening early are in the cards.

Seems with all the parties those logistics are already set and hard to move the date but maybe not.

I have a flight already close to the new opening. Said it before and say it again I'd love to fly out of the old one last time and into the new.
