- General updates and getting ready for new terminal
- Non-signatory carrier is signing on (JetBlue?)
1st Agreement:
- Extends existing rates&charges until 4/30/23
- Baggage system fee edits
- Facility Fee edits
There isn’t much more to it then the link. They didn’t upload any exhibits
What does "Non-signatory carrier is signing on" mean and why would it concern JetBlue? Could it mean a whole new airline is coming instead?normalthings wrote: ↑Fri Sep 16, 2022 5:47 pm5th Agreement:Anthony_Hugo98 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 16, 2022 4:38 pmWhat does that mean?normalthings wrote: ↑Fri Sep 16, 2022 4:35 pm 5th Amendment to current ULA and 1st Amendment to the new ULA are on docket this week

The airlines signed the new agreement back in 2019 and JetBlue announced service in 2021.trexel94 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 16, 2022 11:40 pmWhat does "Non-signatory carrier is signing on" mean and why would it concern JetBlue? Yes. Other airports I follow updated their ULA after the airline announced service, some months later.WoodDraw wrote: ↑Sat Sep 17, 2022 12:40 amThe airlines signed the new agreement back in 2019 and JetBlue announced service in 2021.trexel94 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 16, 2022 11:40 pmWhat does "Non-signatory carrier is signing on" mean and why would it concern JetBlue? The three discount carriers all declined to sign term sheets back then so it's unlikely to be them. That makes JetBlue the most logical.
Could it be Breeze?normalthings wrote: ↑Sat Sep 17, 2022 1:16 amYes. Other airports I follow updated their ULA after the airline announced service, some months later.
It is either Spirit or JetBlue.
There's a media tour going on today. I heard it from someone that was involved, but I don't think it's private information.KCPowercat wrote: ↑Mon Sep 19, 2022 4:11 pm Is this something you saw publicly or through the grapevine?
From the user that was linked. Sounds exactly as advertised. I think the status report all have the 1st or 2nd week of March.I’d say… late February is a gamble but early to mid-March is a lock
That would be cool.KCPowercat wrote: ↑Mon Sep 19, 2022 7:29 pm I have a flight already close to the new opening. Said it before and say it again I'd love to fly out of the old one last time and into the new.
