Yes, very sharp looking. I've hounded in past on 3L ideally having its own identity but for a companion building next to another this is about as good as can be asked for. Kinda handsome really.

I've been waiting patiently for so long to see this ground floor finally revealed...it better be good. Ground floor stores/retail/shops is what makes a downtown.

The existing Cordish's retail spaces should set your expectations to a more appropriate level

Re: Three Light
Full west side and southeast corner are leasable commercial space, according to plans. Two months out without tenant announcements isn't ideal, especially considering they did a PR run at the beginning of this month.TheUrbanRoo wrote: ↑Fri Jun 23, 2023 2:08 am I've been waiting patiently for so long to see this ground floor finally revealed...it better be good. Thankfully cordish is great at leasing retail spots here historically.

It’s still up, but they lowered it.
Building looks really nice. Best so far of the lights.

Re: Three Light
Very nice and interesting picture. Was looking for you in the window reflections. Must say this is a view I've never seen. Not familiar with any of the buildings, probably the only thing from my time left is the wooden telephone poles. Those in the know should ID some of the buildings for me.
If you're not on the EDGE, you're taking up TOO MUCH ROOM!

My balcony is on the internal courtyard of city club in the crossroads.
The building below is affaire and other things, to the right is wework (Holmes Murphy), and the rest you should be able to figure out.

KCKev, the brick buiiding on the right side is the Corrigan Building at 19th and Walnut. The brick building on the left side if the Mainmark Building at 17th and Main. The tall glass building at left is One Kansas City Place, and the tall glass building with Bank Midwest signage at left center is the Town Pavilion (formerly AT&T Town Pavilion. The tower with Stinson on it is 1201 Walnut.
