Women’s athletic retailer Athleta coming to the Plaza
The chain plans to open a 4,757-square-foot store at 429 W. 47th St. (between Broadway and Pennsylvania Avenue, next to Moosejaw).

Just at the plaza last week. I didn't think the Seasons 52 thing was that bad. Certainly not as bad as the original concept for the building.

It still looks cheap, and not well planned. Also the removal of the light fixture cheapens the building. I really hope it's just in storage somewhere

hard to say

old light fixtures are valuable.
then again, repurchasing would cost them money.

I bet the best is saved somewhere in a basement. the so so items, sold.

well seems like swarovski is also leaving the plaza. i wonder what highwoods plans to fill these three spots with.

Knowing Highwoods they are trying to push out all tenants so they can tear down the buildings for office space. One thing we can count on is they won't put in a drugstore or anything that caters to the residents.
