I think all of them will go on that space, stacked on top a CostCo. Happy days.
With a Kohl's on top.
4 layers: Stick a RD4L and a Pizza Ranch on top to make this a Marilyn Hagerty-approved project.

It should be mixed use with loft space on top of RD4L. Who wouldn't want to live in a RD4L/Costco hybrid parking lot?

And in a nod to the hay days of the Ward Parkway of yore, the icing on the cake would be a new TJ Cimminon. They made the best damn C. rolls in town!

It's amazing the pandemonium that place caused back in the 80's. And that was a horrible location, jammed between those escelators. Crazy.

The south end has iron railings around it with a roof. Can not decide what that is suppose to be. Does anyone know? Looks like a large bus stop.

Firehouse Subs opens Friday, per Joyce Smith. They updated all the exterior signs and are creating a new grand entrance and the mall is starting to look pretty nice.

Firehouse Subs plans to open two new area locations this week. The Ward Parkway Center location, at 8600 Ward Parkway, is to open Friday. A location at 6415 Quivira Road in Shawnee is to open Saturday.

Firehouse specializes in hot sandwiches — with toasted breads and steamed meats — and large portions, said David Johnson, the area representative for Firehouse and a franchisee. A Blue Springs location is to open in late May or early June.

Ulta opens Friday.

We're at Ward Parkway a lot now and I can't believe the turnaround this shopping center has experienced. I didn't think it was possible to turn around a dying mall, but they've done a pretty good job. Place seems pretty busy all the time. Its really interesting to read some of the posts at the beginning of this thread. Ward Parkway was in bad shape.
